I am naturally drawn to situations that require open-mindedness, insight, flexibility and where I can contribute to something that matters. I get a kick out of working with people on a one to one basis or in small teams in order to be creative. I enjoy seeking new ideas and possibilities for organisations. And then engaging with the organisation to achieve a common purpose.
I have been in the software and IT services industry for 20 years. My personal skills and experience help me to assist companies in that space - and help them to grow their business, particularly in international markets. I assist with acquisition based activities and startups. I help coach, build and mentor teams and empower them to execute on their shared vision and purpose.
